Whistleblowing & Integrity Policy

Ostrog Luna is committed to high standards of transparency, integrity and ethical conduct. In line with the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia on the protection of whistleblowers and the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (2019/1937), we provide a secure channel for employees, contractors, suppliers and partners to report suspected wrongdoing in good faith.

What Can Be Reported

You can use this channel to report concerns about suspected violations of law, fraud, corruption, misuse of funds, serious health, safety or environmental risks, breaches of food-safety obligations, or other serious misconduct connected to our activities.

Confidentiality

All reports are handled with strict confidentiality. The identity of the reporting person, and the identity of any third party mentioned in the report, will not be disclosed beyond the persons authorised to receive and follow up on the report, except where disclosure is required by law in the context of investigations or judicial proceedings.

No Retaliation

We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation, discrimination, demotion, dismissal, harassment or other adverse treatment against any person who reports a concern in good faith, or who assists with an investigation.
